Our Directors
Colin Graham
Director
Colin founded the company and leads the business from the Antrim Road office. He handles senior valuations and has built long-standing relationships with solicitors, developers, and repeat clients across Northern Ireland.
David McCombe
Director
David focuses on business development and strategic growth. He has been instrumental in expanding CGR into lettings, financial services, and auction sales, and manages key developer relationships.
Ashley Ashton
Associate Director
Ashley runs the day-to-day sales operation. He conducts valuations and viewings across the Newtownabbey, Antrim Road, and North Belfast areas, and mentors the junior members of the team.

Sarah McLaughlin
Contracts Manager
Sarah manages every sale from accepted offer through to completion. She coordinates between solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents to keep transactions moving and deadlines met.
Jason Beatty
Senior Sales Negotiator
Jason handles property viewings and negotiations across the Greater Belfast area. He is often the first point of contact for buyers and is known for giving straightforward, honest advice.
Hannah Harrison
Sales Negotiator
Hannah manages property viewings and buyer enquiries, and assists vendors with marketing their homes. She covers the Newtownabbey and Ballyclare areas.
Bethany Taggart
Sales Negotiator
Bethany works across sales and marketing, helping to coordinate photography, listings, and social media content alongside her day-to-day sales work.
Anais Scott
Sales Negotiator
Anais handles buyer and vendor enquiries and conducts viewings across the portfolio. She also supports the team with property marketing and client follow-ups.
Larissa McIlrath
Lettings Negotiator
Larissa runs the lettings operation, managing tenant sourcing, property inspections, and landlord relationships. She handles the full rental cycle from listing to tenancy renewal.
Jordan Willis
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Jordan heads up CGR Financial and provides independent mortgage advice with access to a wide range of products from across the market. He works with first-time buyers, home movers, and buy-to-let investors, and can be contacted directly on 028 90 029 029.
Nadine O'Neill
Case Manager
Nadine tracks the progress of every live sale and purchase, chasing solicitors and mortgage lenders to keep things on schedule. She is the main point of contact for clients post-offer.
Lenny Graham
Future CEO
